Caprock Behavorial Health Careers
What is a career in behavioral health?
When you work at Caprock you get to work with some amazing kids. You have a direct impact in their lives and in the lives of their families. You will be trained to provide research-based teaching techniques, the first of its kind here in West Texas.
Are you a good fit for us?
Education is important to us, so we prefer to hire people who either have a degree or are currently working towards one. We find that individuals who are interested in education, special education, early childhood development, psychology, and speech & language communications tend to really enjoy this line of work.
We hire full-time (either early start or late start) or part-time (mornings or afternoons). We offer opportunities for advancement, paid school breaks, and a fun atmosphere! Additionally, those who are working towards becoming a BCBA will be provided with free supervision.
Being a small business that is growing, there are always opportunities to let your own creativity and talents show. We want our employees to be invested in their work and we allow them to explore their interests through projects, special campaigns or other opportunities during their time at Caprock.
