Getting Started
After my consultation, when can I expect to start services?
Documentation
In order to begin services, certain documentation will be needed. These documents include the intake packet and the diagnostic report from your physician. Additionally, parent policies will need to be signed and a copy of your insurance card will need to be on file. Additional documentation may be required based on the requirements of your insurance provider.
What is the wait list time?
After your consultation, we can provide an approximate period for starting services. Our list is comprised of clients who have fully completed the intake packet and have paid the non-refundable registration fee. If the wait time is unacceptable, we will be able to provide you with other ABA providers in the area that you may find acceptable.
Assessment
Once a start date has been established, an assessment will be scheduled. This will allow us to meet your child, discover their strengths, find the most pressing areas of need, and start to formulate a treatment plan.
