Getting started is easy! Call our center at 806-317-1071 or contact us through the website to schedule a tour and consultation. There is no charge for this appointment! This visit will allow you to see what our center has to offer and visit with one of our BCBAs about your child’s specific needs.

Working with Insurance

The Lubbock Autism Academy and Permian Basin Autism Academy is currently in-network with:

• FirstCare
• Magellan
• AETNA
• Team Choice
• United Healthcare
• CIGNA
• UMR

If you do not see your provider listed, give us a call to see if we can gain in-network status with your provider. Medicaid in Texas does not currently cover ABA Therapy. We have been very proactive in communicating with our local representation to have the state add ABA as a covered benefit. Please contact your local representative to provide our representatives the information they need to recognize the need for such critical medical care to Medicaid.

The Lubbock Autism Academy and Permian Basin Autism Academy will make every attempt to verify coverage ourselves, however, services rendered are the financial responsibility of the client, or their representative.

Currently, we do not accept Medicaid or provide pro bono services. However we do attempt to reach a financial agreement with families that have insurance and can also provide documentation of need for financial assistance.
